Quality Teaching Solutions International offer a unique, bespoke service to help Heads and Leaders recruit quality international teachers to their schools.
Using our own experiences of the challenges of recruiting quality teachers as International school leaders, our service packages have been designed to make the process of recruitment for both Heads and prospective candidates much more thorough and informative. Our services include advertising vacancies, reviewing CVs, performing initial interviews and collecting references, undertaking observations of teaching in current settings and gathering 360 degree feedback of candidates. We also assist in the production of new staff welcome packs to help new staff settle in quickly, feel informed about the school and area they are moving to in order for them to prepare for their new teaching experience.
